Greetings Prof Dr Paul,
I feel really good, thank you. Firstly, I thank God to motivate me
to go to this expo event in order to meet you in person, who you are truly
saving people's lives, such as myself. As you know, it's challenging with work
pressure, maintaining a family schedule, and having little time for
self-recreation. Since I am working on your protocol, I started at a weight of
256.0lbs. Today, 28 days later on my exact 4th week, I have
brought my weight down to 233.9lbs. As a result, loosing 22lbs in the last 28
days. I have fasted and took multivitamins and rarely used craving factor
supplement as I'm not craving sugars nor work/stress snacks. But the best part
of all is I'm not eating breakfast or past 6-7pm each day, I only eat one heavy
meal a day... 2 less meals to cook or buy in a day! My type of work is
very mentally taxing, processing cause-and-effect algorithms in the
cybersecurity IT field. Because I consume so much stress at work and make
high-profile decisions in a high-responsibility type of work environment, I
usually have cravings for snacking to keep my mental clarity going, such as
mixed nuts, meat, snacks, and fruit. Being on your protocol, I don't even feel
the crave or the need to snack anymore. In fact, I only eat once a day, and I
make sure that I eat after I have completed 16 hours minimum of fasting in a
24-hour period. Dr. Paul, thanks for extending your help in reaching out
to this poor soul of mine that needed so much your help, and I do call it a
divine intervention to save me from a future health catastrophe. I can tell you
that you are leaving a legacy, as you mentioned in your speech, and you are
helping people like me become a better version of me with a better body and
health. And when I die in the future, as you mentioned, I will die beautifully
and not sick and malnourished. 🙂
My face, my body has changed and slimmed down, and I think by the
third month I should be a different better me. Let's go for more progress
together
