I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Paul Ling Tai at a continuing education seminar in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was a keynote speaker. I did not know what I was in for. I stepped in expecting another somewhat boring seminar. However, my mind was truly blown when he started speaking. I am very much into bio hacking. I listen to endless podcasts on the subject. He was so energetic, knowledgeable and helpful in every area. He was teaching life in that classroom. I still can't believe that God put me in that classroom with him it was nothing short of a miracle. I had the opportunity after the seminar to meet with him. He went over all my recent bloodwork and I had recently got on hormone therapy. The dosage I was on was dangerously high. He counseled me briefly in the time that he had. But, I decided to pursue it further with him. I joined his organization and now can recommend and get his products in my office. I did a saliva test with him which showed my hormones were all off balance as well as my adrenal glands were very fatigued. Your everyday primary care physician does not know how to do this. They know how to treat the symptoms but, not treat the problem. When his recommendations came back from my saliva test, I decided to invest in my health and go forward with his recommendations. He really cares and is so passionate about what he does. I am so blessed to have cross paths with him. I am looking forward to resolving these issues. I originally got on hormone therapy because I was not sleeping. I already started part of his sleep protocol and started using a melatonin cream. I have been off my hormones waiting to switch up to what he recommended. However, I started using the Melatonin cream and I slept good with no hormones. I can't imagine when everything he recommends starts working together in my body how much better I'm going to sleep and feel. I highly recommend a consultation with Dr Paul Ling Tai.
