All supplements are non-returnable due to Food Safety reasons and potential safety risk as an ingestible product, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 7 days of your receipt ofyour order by providing an image of the item and its defects.
If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are verified by two people and weighed prior to shipping to ensure accuracy.
If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned item(s). Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and may subject the client to being put on the no-sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the item(s) have been returned to us.
